You’re invited to be a part of the We Care Ministry of Bowdon Baptist Church.
This is a ministry of Bowdon Baptist Church that will seek to minister to those living in nursing homes, the homebound, the bereaved, and other special needs.
Here’s how you can join the We Care TEAM:
Prayer Team- Commit to pray regularly for this ministry
Visitation Team - You can be a part of teams that will go out to visit on Mondays and Thursdays at 1:30 PM. If those times are not good for you, we can give you visitation assignments that work with your schedule. You can participate each week, or one week a month, or any where in between. You choose what’s best for you!
Card Team- This team will meet right before or after the monthly Young at Heart meeting to prepare cards to be mailed to persons observing special days in the upcoming month.
Phone Team- This team will consist of persons willing to make phone calls to others when they observe special days such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc. This can be done from your own home.
